After bringing my laptop back to the place where I bought it–MicroCenter–and being told that NONE of their technicians could do the repair I needed, I got ahold of BoPag. I described the repair I needed done to Andrew, and he said he was pretty certain that they could do the repair. He was punctual on pick-up and delivery, and the repair took less time than I expected. Since having my laptop back, it is working better than ever. The icing on the cake was in addition to the repair, Andrew was able to fix a screen-flicker problem I was having at no extra charge (because it was just a loose cable).
